“I’m so glad I found Rachel! I have just completed the 6 week C-Section Recovery Programme. I had suffered from a back injury before I fell pregnant and had a difficult pregnancy. My son was born by emergency section. 9 months on, I had lost most of my baby weight but still had no core strength whatsoever. Before I had my son I worked out a lot, but I have never focused on the core and pelvic floor in the way that I did during this programme. It’s not a way of exercising that I have ever experienced before and I couldn’t have done it without Rachel.
I’ve just come to the end of the programme and I have lost 5lbs, 1.5 inches around my waist, half an inch from my hips and 2 inches from my bust. I haven’t got a six pack but my stubborn tummy pouch has gone and I feel great as a result of the nutrition and supplements.
