Yeah I’m going to keep going!! I know I can do it now, plus I need to beat your sister at burpees!!!

katieI would like to recommend Rachel’s kettlebell training and boot camp classes. Since I started in September I have noticed a dramatic improvement in both my fitness and level of ability and although I haven’t lost a huge amount of weight, this is purely because I am making the most of the intense metabolism boosting classes and eating more chocolate and crap than ever (completely against Rach’s advice – if I’d stuck to that I’d be tiny by now :)…

The classes are fun, every week is different so you never get bored and the routine (and pre -payment) means it’s difficult to miss a class… it’s far harder to make excuses to Rachel than it is to drive past the gym and go straight home!

Definitely the best form of exercise for overall toning and fitness improvement that I’ve ever tried… If you’re thinking of signing up – DO IT! : )

I have so far lost over 1 and half stone from changing my eating habits and going to boot camp twice a week. I have struggled for a number of years to lose the weight and have never been a big fan of exercise!! Since joining boot camp I actually enjoy exercise and hate missing a class. Rachel pushes me to the point that I want to do better each time and I feel fantastic, here’s to the next stone!!

lindaI started attending Rachel’s boot camp circuit training just over 12 months ago, initially twice a week and now three times a week. During this time, she has helped me institute a much healthier lifestyle and I feel I am now reaching my fitness goals for the first time in my life (I’m almost 52!). Rachel is an excellent motivator and makes exercise fun with her creativity and new routines, keeping my mind and muscles from becoming “bored”. Training with Rachel is great because she keeps me motivated and the results have been positive, I feel fitter and healthier with an all over inch loss and a dramatic drop in blood pressure.
