Here is what you get included:
* You’ll be asked to complete our Holistic Core Restore® Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this programme is right for you or whether youy need clinical attention. If you’re a great fit we’ll move on to….
* A 90 minute initial assessment where we go through breathing, core and pelvic floor, soft-tissue release and setting you some exercises to follow at home
* x 7 1 hour weekly sessions where we re-assess and I give you different exercises to follow which get progressively harder to strengthen your core & pelvic floor
* Each week we cover a different topic in our sessions: week 1 nutrition & setting goals, week 2 sleep, week 3 better breathing, week 4 bone & heart health, week 5 soft tissue, week 6 bowel & bladder health, week 7 empowerment, week 8 re-cap and set future goals and expectations
* you get LIFELONG access to an online portal which contains lots of videos on preparing and recovering from surgery and all your homework videos on breathing, core and pelvic floor, releases and abdominal massage
* all the equipment you need to complete your homework
* my support and guidance over the whole 8 weeks with weekly messages to keep you on track
