By signing up for this service you will get:
- An initial 60 minute ‘Check & Chat’ which includes postural, breathing and pelvic floor assessments. It also includes releases and mobilisations to help correct any imbalances, stuck and tight areas.
- Weekly 1 hour safe functional fitness sessions in the comfort of your own home to keep you fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and minimise weight gain. These sessions will incorporate the pelvic floor exercises and the breath to give you bang for your buck!!
- Birth Preparation and Mobility Routines when you reach 35+ weeks. These help to get your baby into the optimal position for birth.
- Optimal Nutrition and Lifestyle advice for yourself, foetal development and postnatal phase which will help you heal and recover quicker.
- Homework (yes I will be asking you to do certain tasks in your own time!!). You will be given a stability ball and resistance band to use at home throughout your pregnancy.
- My support via phone, email, text, Skype throughout your whole pregnancy
