A 90 minute assessment including soft-tissue release of the abdominal & pelvic basin region, breathing strategy assessment & correction, core & pelvic floor re-connection & simple exercise to do at home. If you decide to sign up for one of my programmes after this assessment £25 will be taken off the price of the course/program.
