Description
In this course you will release connective tissue from head to toe! You will learn tools and techniques you can do yourself on a daily basis. We will use massage balls, bands, foam rollers and mobilisation strategies to help release the tight muscles and fascia to improve all round mobility and functionality. I will go through some of the common postural dysfunction and muscular imbalances and help you walk away feeling relaxed, looser, taller and definitely calmer.
